wahahaha~ psps the day before i say after ping pang yuan come post, but fallen asleep, x)! so anyway to compensate my blog i post more things luh^_^...
oh yeah b4 starting my post, i congrats the dance for getting gold with honour ! wootz~ nt that the other performing art will bad, but then dance did slightly abit betta, so the rest jys~(load of shyts)

a A for sit-up 53...
a A for shuttle run 9.09secs...
a B for incline 25T>T, one more point to A...
and incline i thought the time is either 1 min, or continous, walao then i slowly do... cause nowadays bo str-.-...
shuttle run could have been betta, i can run faster that is a swear !
then sit-up, could have been faster but keep 走光, then ps slowly do lorx=.=...
decided to pump this entire since i was given a second chance for my incline, hope will have improvement, 而不是临时抱佛脚.

last lesson on wednesday, happy and sad during the same time, wat i was excited abt is the fact that it's finally over~ the pressure was still there though, the coming competition was heard that its gonna be fuuckkkingggg tough...
the sad thing was, i might nt be having this kinda chances anymore... T>T
